Resources

Hearts and Hands of Baytown wants to help you find your way to healthy eating.

Most people want to eat healthier, but sometimes it can be hard to find resources to support yourself and your family. We have developed a network of churches, pantries and local organizations to make sure everyone in our community has access to healthy food.

We believe access to healthy food leads to healthy futures. Here are some resources that can help:

Together with The Houston Food Bank and the support of Be Well™ Baytown, Hearts and Hands of Baytown hosts The Houston Food Bank Community Assistance Program (CAP). We can help you find the resources you need.

Food benefits provide financial assistance for people who qualify. You can check if you qualify for SNAP, WIC and many other support services, with one simple tool on YourTexasBenefits.com.

We have people on-site to help you with every step of the application process and to find the benefits that will work for you. Download the Food Benefits Resources PDF for more details.
